个人简介

       1986年4月出生,山东省青岛市人。2008年获中国农业大学农学学士学位,师从张振贤教授;2011年获中国农业科学院研究生院农学硕士学位,2014年获中国农业科学院研究生院农学博士学位,师从方智远院士。2014年至今在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所甘蓝课题组工作。现为研究员、博士生导师、十字花科研究室副主任。

       主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,以及国家重点研发计划等国家、省部级项目10余项。担任Front Plant Sci期刊副主编、Horticulturae、Veg Res等SCI期刊编委,以及20多个SCI期刊审稿人。获得神农中华农业科技奖、北京市农业技术推广奖等省部级奖励3项,以及“伟丽创新精英”、“中蔬英才”等荣誉称号。2021年获中组部“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划”项目资助,2022年入选中国农业科学院“农科英才领军人才B类”。


科研情况

       主要从事甘蓝遗传育种及分子生物学相关研究。具体研究内容包括:甘蓝抗病、优异种质资源创新;甘蓝抗病抗逆鉴定、单倍体育种、分子标记辅助育种等技术的建立、完善与应用;甘蓝重要农艺性状基因的克隆与分子机制研究;甘蓝新品种选育与推广。重点研究方向为甘蓝显性不育、枯萎病抗性、黑腐病抗性等关键农艺性状基因的功能挖掘、分子机制解析及在育种中的应用。尤其是针对农业重大病害甘蓝枯萎病,历时13年开展了病原分化、抗源挖掘、基因克隆、标记开发、分子机制挖掘等系统性研究,建立了完整的抗枯萎病育种技术体系,为推动蔬菜学科发展、支撑蔬菜产业、民族种业和乡村振兴做出贡献。

       以第一或通讯作者在Plant Biotechnol J、Hortic Res、Theor Appl Genet、BMC Genomics、Front Plant Sci等刊物发表SCI论文40余篇,累计IF超过170、引用超1000次;参编著作2部;以第一完成人授权国家发明专利6项;以第一完成人育成和推广YR中甘21、中甘26、中甘28、中甘167等甘蓝新品种8个,累计推广面积超200万亩。
